I’am sure of not being affected by daltonism so… Have something about color hue changed (erroneously or not)?

I’ve checked the monitor settings and I’m pretty sure they are not the problem. I’m also sure the last time I’ve logged in (Monday) they where Red

Same problem on my charr warrior on the same haircut. The color changed from a yellow one to a green one …

I have the same problem with my charr thief! His hair suddenly changed from red to green or yellow

The same thing happened to me, could be a small bug with adding the new accessory colors with the latest update. This is the best comparison I could get with my poor charr Nathan (I’m on my laptop at school so I bet all my old pics of him are on my desktop at home >.<)

I have the same problem.
The flower on the head of my character got much more darker.
Like this it doesn´t fit anymore…

Yes they added new Accessory colors but basically somehow screwed all existing ones
And the new ones added are also not what they should look like according to the picture
I would have loved new accessory colors but if the change on all colors was intentional then it was a very bad decision … i really hope it was a mistake and will be fixed

My old brown Accessory Part (which on Charr is just normal hair Part) is now sort of green and totally doesnt fit

All Brown colors in preview look green!
Red Colors looks just yellowish
So now there is no real brown no orange and just a very weak red

Something seems seriously wrong and i hope Anet can either fix it or revert the change if no way to fix

Thankfully I don’t use any wonky colors so I can’t see a difference. Wow though, it’s super obvious in your pics; they’re totally different colors now. Hope it gets fixed.

I’ve got the same problem. Used to have black roots with bright red hair at the tips. Now the red part is this ugly blonde color.

The first pic is how it is now and I’m showing in the makeover kit that Autumn is now blonde looking. Second pic is how it used to look (sorry it’s so zoomed out, only screen I have).

Yep! Same issue with my charr. His brown tips are now bright green. I JUST bought a self style hair kit and adjusted his colors a couple days ago, too. So I am pretty miffed. He’s supposed to match Chuka and Champawat! Now he looks like some sort of christmas monster. XD the before and after pics are below.

Same here = w =;; his original hair is on the left and the error is on the right. I mean I’d like to maybe look into recoloring his hair, but having his regular do’ back while I work on earning enough to dye it would be nice :’D

So is Arena Net ever going to acknowledge there’s a problem here and that they ruined several people’s characters that they’ve poured money into without saying so much as a word, or??

Same problem here. Purple tips turned to rust. They better fix this soon or give us some kits

The forums are mostly for player to player support. If you ever want an individual response to anything, submit a support ticket for it. Occasionally ANet staff will comment here, and they definitely read the forums, but … it’s not where the respond.

Same here – hair like op – unplayable;)

Every time I see him i’m so disappointed! Notice how the guns used to match his hair. His eyes, too… None of the new accessory colors match and his radical color scheme has to be a lot more flat and dull now

I actually did wrote a ticket about this problem. All I wanted is an answer, if this is permanent “feature” or a bug that will be eventually fixed?
What I got instead of that was :

Though we do not have access to the information that would answer your questions regarding hair and accessory colors, I think you may be able to find an answer on the official forums if you post your question there.

It’s quite upsetting because most of us spend a lot of gems on total makeover kits and want their characters to look perfect. For me it’s very important how my charr looks like. I put a lot of weight on it and it’s a huge part of what makes my experience with this game so pleasurable.

They claimed to fix this today.
It is not fixed for me. My charr hairs are still the incorrect colors.
With a bonus of the one I did waste a kit on before I realized it was messed up now being not what I had intended because you failed to say the colors were wrong.

So now I want a refund for that kit, and all my characters that are still wrong, if this is your ‘fix’.

The fix didn’t work for my character, either. His hair still looks like the right picture in my previous post. In case you need specifics, the accessory color is “stream” and the base hair color is “amethyst.”

Edit: Sorry, the fix did work. The character select screen and kit previews are still messed up, but his hair is the correct color in-game again.

As of the 2/13 patch mine is fixed, or at least… half of it. The preview for the Aesthetician and Makeover Kits are still bugged. I might just sent a ticket in as well.

It seems like the previews are messed up too, since when they patched it, it made my hair look brown with red so I grabbed a makeover kit and changed it to deep maple, and it shows green but it really appears as it’s true color which is rather confusing..

Finally mine is fixed too.

It’s still broken for me, kind of?

When this problem started it turned my Charr’s hair tips red when it should be brown. I used a spare hair dye kit and had to pick a green which actually looks brown in-game. Now at the char select screen, my Charr’s hair tips are green but in-game it’s brown o_0 I guess I’ll create my own support ticket, this isn’t fixed for everyone.

Still broken for me. No word from Anet. Want refunds please.
