There is a MERCHANT near the docks at Labyrinthine Cliffs, just to the left as you get off the boat from Lion’s Arch. It is a little Human boy exchanging Zephyr Sanctum Supply Boxes for Candy Corn.
This human boy uses the voice (and expressions) of a female Asura.

I found ANOTHER non-Asura with an Asura’s voice.
Not far from the Charged Crystal collector, but south toward the edge of the railing. A Norn “Stranger”. If you talk to him, he brings up the usual Norn greetings in a familiar Norn voice. But then ONE of his lines is “I’m surprised all of Lion’s Arch isn’t here.” This line is done by a different voice actor who does a lot of the Asura.
“Zephyrite” must be a term in Olde Tyrian that translates into “I wish I had big ears”.
