Human Story Mode Bugged

What’s your current story step? Are you saying that when you enter the story step instance, there is nothing spawned on the map?
Cant complete the Human story mode ‘Brute Force’ at all as i need story mode to lvl my character up please can some 1 fix this everytime i enter this story mode it does nothing all the npcs are gone etc. plz some 1 fix i cant lvl up my character at all
