Guild Wars 2

I collected all chapters except 6th. When I talk to Humphrey who is supposed to give me 6th chapter, my character can only respond with “I’ve heard this before”. I don’t have 6th chapter in inventory or bank, and magister doesn’t allow me to finish my quest.
