Taking a screen shot at boss events generally crashes computers. I know I’ve sent in over 10 crash reports for this. Generally this means people miss out on loot, too. Fix this stupid bug it’s been in the game for months now.

never happened to me, it’s likely your graphics card/driver that can’t handle screenshotting while rendering the amount of things it does at a world boss

Wait I thought you said I should update aha. My graphics card is an Intel HD 4600, it ought to be able to handle it.

Scratch that. I just realized my gpu is poop.

I never have that issue, and my card isn’t that great. It may be your drivers, some other program running in the background, or something else particular to your set-up.
