Hey Everyone,

So this weekend I log in and my friend tells me that he has sent me some stuff. I check my mailbox and the mail that he sent me is not there. We shrug it off, since it wasn’t anything important, but then I complete an area. Usually when you do this it will send you a message and a gift box to congratulate you, but this time, no message or gift box came. My mailbox is almost empty and I definitely have room for more, so then why am I not getting any mail? I’ve tried restarting and re-logging, but it hasn’t changed anything. If anyone could help I would be very happy.

I just looked, and no, none of my other characters have mail.

I am not sure why you aren’t receiving mail, but when you complete a zone, you do get a letter just as you’ve shown in your screenshot. There is no ‘gift’ attached to the letter, though; your reward comes in the form of a ‘dancing’ chest in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

Unless you deleted them, there should be letters pertaining to all the recent Living Story/World releases, as well. You may need to contact Customer Support: Top of page – Support. Good luck.

The screenshot is of the Lonar’s pass completion letter and I completed the Kessex Hills zone. I deleted most of my letters to show that my mailbox could fit more letters. I will try to contact support. Thanks for the advice
