Guild Wars 2

I understand that the game has just been released, as well as I am in full understanding of that fact the entire crew is working to fix the errors that have occurred. About 3 weeks ago, more or less, I was unable to receive in game mail from other players, while this was first an annoyance I brushed it off. I did however, at the time, notify you through the “Submit a Bug” option in the game’s interface. However, it’s been a sad realization of mine that I cannot get mail from the GemStore either, which I used real world money on. I bought XP Boosters and well as Kyrtan Armor Skins for the Medium Armor Class wears. I have yet to receive any of the mentioned items, which is more than an annoyance. At this point, I’m frustrated. Somewhat because this is an issue, but more because it’s been quite awhile since first addressed from my end and their’s been no rectification of the situation weeks further. Personally, I’d like my items… or at least my money back. Both in game currency used as well as outside real money.
