Guild Wars 2

I haven’t been able to buy gems since the Wing back item sale (which I was wanting to buy…). Whenever I go to purchase gems using the “Buy Gems” button all that pops ups is a blank Payment Method page (See attachment). The next button doesn’t do anything and I’ve attempted leaving it open for a long period of time to no avail. I’ve searched everywhere and it seems as if I’m the only one with this problem. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

Edit:: I just tried it again hoping it would work and got this message.

Apparently the same sort of thing happens when I try to buy Heart of Thorns. I can’t add a screenshot of that because my keyboard gets locked out whenever the buy tab comes up.
