Hello,
I can’t earn these hero points.Other ppl just come and just normally take it.
There was fight , with champ.I wasn’t able to do that fight solo,so I didn’t take these points before.

Any reason why I can’t take these points like other ppl ?

The picture shows you have already gained that Hero Point. Does the mini-map state that that particular Hero Point has already been earned?

I ran into the same problem with my Engineer just now. Moused over the challenge on the mini-map to show it’s not meant to be complete for me.

Sorry for the shoddy blanking in the chat, kinda swore a little because it’s late and I was a bit irked at it not working after how many times I’d failed the jump due to lag.

Do use the in-game Bug Report option to report this. It’s the best way to bring attention to the appropriate team.

Got the same thing and I made a report. Hopefully this’ll be changed very quickly.
