I’m doing the heart “help Cesseilia defend and research the oasis” in Bloodtide Coast and every time I give ingredients to Cesseilia for my potion I can’t move anymore and have to log out to fix this. Simply dropping the potion doesn’t help. It doesn’t seem to affect anyone else.

Happens to me too. Makes this heart hard to complete if there aren’t enough risen around so you can kill them for completion.

Same is happening for me as well.

Same for me. I’ve tried pouring the potion on nothing and dropping it, and I’ve tried turning, and I’ve tried dodging (my endurance stays the same), but nothing works. I have to relog to move again.

This isn’t the only heart recently gone wonky in Bloodtide Coast; I noticed that I couldn’t comfort diseased Quaggans on Grand Barrier Isle anymore, either. (At least that one’s still easy to complete even without being able to comfort.)
