I can't purchase Gems from the Gem Shop.
I already checked the forums and the oldest thread was 3 years ago, the problem hasn’t been fixed or it resurfaced during this new Expansion. Help would be appreciated, thank you.
People buy gems every day (including today), so it can’t possibly be the same bug. (There have been various bugs over time, many more recent than “3 years ago”; each was addressed at the time it appeared.)
Perhaps you can describe what you were trying to do and what happened (or failed to happen). What country did you select? What payment method? How many gems were you trying to purchase?
What did you try to resolve the issue? Did you restart the game? Did you do the typical TP troubleshooting steps (mostly: clear the cache)? Anything else?
Regardless, I recommend that you start a support ticket, so that you can work with ANet directly. (If you resolve it on your own, you can let them know that they can close the ticket.)
