Guild Wars 2

Using the x32 client when i try to transfer, i click in the button “transfer” and then i get a network error or freezes.
both shown in the pictures attached

i’ve got this response from the tech support:

which means “we are aware of the situation and the dev team is working on it”

because i dont see any other threads communicating this issue just letting people know in case it happens to anyone else.
