I do not get Skills Points on Lvl UP.
Im lvl33 now and maybe at lvl25-26 stop got Slot Points.
This is a problem because I do not learn slot skills or buy traits.

I’m a bit confused by your post. Are you saying your slot skills 7, 8 and 9 were not unlocked? They should have unlocked at Levels 13, 17 and 19.

Or are you saying you have no skills to place in those slots? You would need to purchase any Utility Skills for those slots with Skill Points. You can earn Skill Points by completing Skill Challenges in the different maps, or using the Skill Points that are awarded to you by leveling up at Levels 20, 32, 38, 44, 49, 56, 62, 68, 74 and 80.

I do not get Skill Points!

You don’t get Skill Points when completing Skill Challenges? Or you don’t get Skill Points at each Level Up Reward? Because if it is the each Level Up Reward issue, you won’t get them there. Only at the levels stated in the above post.

20, 12, 6, 6, 5, 5, 7, 6, 6, 6, 6…that’s an odd spread. What’s with the two five-level intervals, and the seven-level interval right after, I wonder?

I do not get skill points at each Level UP.
So I cant get skills and traits.
lvl25-31 I was 1 Skill Point
at lvl32 I get +8 Skill Point = 9 Skill Points
at lvl34 I still have only 9 Skill point.

I want to buy elite skill for 10 Skill Points but I cant because I have only 9 and do not get at Level Up.

As we have explained, you do NOT receive Skill Points each time you level up. Only at the levels stated in the above posts. You will receive Skill Points again, at Level 38, for leveling. If you desire more Skill Points before that time, you are welcome and encouraged to complete Skill Challenges in any of the maps.
