I should get hero points on leveling. I see the rewards e.g. on lvl 17 the 5 hero points but i don’t get them. This issue is on every characters it doesn’t matter when i created them (before or after the patch on june 23) Please help me!

Apparently all characters got an “auto-build”, in other words the traits were set in a way to match the closest build possible of what it was before the trait changes hit. But for characters below 80 it seems it used more Hero points than available in order to make that build and now the character is “in debt” of Hero points. Possibly you have like a “negative” amount of Hero points and you will start earning them when that “debit” is over. Check your traits and see how much you have unlocked, that could be the cause.
