30mins before the last build update I hit level 30, when I logged on the next day I was back at 29 with the same amount of experience that I’d gotten into level 30 (i.e. one full level)

Is there anyway to get that level pack from customer support?

Jeez just go run around for a little bit and get back to 30

Try submitting a ticket. Did you happen to get Hall of Monuments achievements that you didn’t earn? That might explain it if it was a deliberate rollback. Otherwise, if it’s a bug, it might happen again, or to others, and it’s good to have it on record somewhere.

Are you positive you hit L30? Did you receive the letter about continuing your PS? A letter about Ascalonian Dungeon, a Trait Point? A Tool-tip about Adept Trait points? Because the XP bar can be deceiving when it is about to change levels, and always shows the next level up from where you are.

Did you lose the Trait point, as well?

As noted above, you can only submit a ticket for assistance with the CS Team. I’ve not seen anyone else mention any loss of XP yet.
