Guild Wars 2

I just logged in one day and boom, my Asura didn’t have a face anymore. I was able to ignore it for awhile, but now I really don’t want to continue doing my personal story because every cutscene is just this faceless abomination popping up. Has anyone else had this problem? Any recommendations for a fix?

Happened to every male Asura with that hairstyle. Waiting on Anet to fix it.

Did you choose that face and it was displayed normally at the beginning?
Because when you try to choose it now in the character customization it is already shown with that bug…
If that’s so, that sounds annoying and could happen to anyone and any choosen face!

Have they acknowledged the bug?

Yeah, I chose it during early access and it was fine. Like I said, I just logged on one day, and bam, no face.

I don’t know, but it has to be a bug?
I think I remember it did work without that colored face in the previous stress tests.. and a lot of people have complained about that before.
