Guild Wars 2

I was running through Lion’s arch (many times) yesterday, getting frustrated with the loading time, and started hearing voices. Halloween voices. The lunatic courtiers having their conversation about King Thorn. And the Mad King’s laugh.
I know it’s not supposed to be there, and I’m also pretty sure this is causing excessive loading times.

I heard them also but I thought its something players have purchased that cause these sounds… like minipets, funbox, etc.

The sounds are not intensive and loud as in the actual event, that made me believe its a player item, other than a bug.

These weren’t voices from purchased items, but disembodied Lunatic Courtiers with Halloween dialog. I’m not sure if it has been fixed/removed with this patch, but didn’t see it mentioned in the notes.
