There is an ‘advisor Okk’ and an ‘advisor Okk [repairs]’ right on top of eachother.

A similar thing happened to me a few days ago at Snowden Drifts, there was a TP NPC there (can’t recall the name) and occasionally another NPC, with same characteristics and name, would come and chatting with another NPC standing there. One had the [Trading Post] tag while its “clone” who would come occasionally hadn’t.
