I have SEVERAL issues going right now, the first of which is your launcher.

LAUNCHER ISSUE: within 30 seconds of opening your game client launcher it fatally crashes. This can happen instantly, or 30 seconds later. I have to press login, and play (waiting the 4 or 5 seconds for auto-play is like playing roulette) IMMEDIATELY or the launcher will crash. As such, I cannot download all the files to the game.

GRAPHICS DISPLAY ISSUE: In very inconsistent areas of SPvP maps the game will freeze for a second, returning with an error that the graphics display stopped working and has recovered. HOWEVER, in all of the HoT zones ive been in, this is NEARLY CONSTANT, I cannot go 1 full minute without something crashing, only this time its turning my entire screen a color, or striped colors, pausing the game, SOMETIMES recovering and allowing me to continue for the next 45 seconds of play, or fatally crashes, at one point even restarting my computer completely. I now am getting a Guild Wars has been blocked from accessing the graphics something or other.

PLEASE HELP ME, I am losing what little sanity I have left.

For the crash, click ‘Show Details’ and post the first part so others may offer assistance, if possible.

For the graphics error, you might consider updating/re-installing/rolling-back your graphics drivers. You can contact the Tech CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

Good luck.

O.o am I seeing it right? Did you post the temperature of the components there? If that’s right then you may have an issue. CPU, GPU and the like are used to heat up but I don’t think that above 60ºC is the normal range. My motherboard barely gets above 50~55 ºC during gameplay and GPU rarely gets above 60 as far as I know.

As above. It looks like your gfx card is overheating.
First suggestion would be to clean your computer out of any dust and check everything is hooked up securely.
After that, Id suggest getting a water cooler if you havent already.

Kitten.

If the GW2 program is being blocked from accessing hardware it may be an anti virus or firewall issue .Try turning them off and see if the GW2 program works. Not sure what firewall or antivirus your using but some of them can be quite troublesome after being updated.hope this helps

Hmm, now I re-read this thread this highlighted parts brought me attention… yeah, it sounds very much like an overheating issue. A while back I had issues with my graphic card not cooling down very well and I would get the very same symptoms: screen freezing, graphic driver stopping to respond.. very rarely some wonky colors or distorted images.. Maybe you better checking as mentioned above, otherwise you might have not only a game crashing but a fried card as well :S

you could also do a -repair on the game client. and for the pc you could do a command from command prompt admin sfc /scannow. also if you have kitten you might have a intel rapid storage for the ssd some report issue since the windows 10 anniversary update freeze and system crash you should look at your oem or intel for that software update. look also for uefi bios update. also if you have web cam issue a patch is coming in September since compression for direct show MJPEG and H.264 was remove from windows 10 and hardware and software for web cam need those. right now windows 10 have only YUY2 and RGB24 working.
