I logged in today on my level 48 engineer, and found my elite skill button empty, instead of showing the mortar kit I normally use.
I couldn’t set it back to mortar kit, only to the racial skills.
My kit training is still showing as maxed out.
I’ve tried relogging, spending some skill points in other lines, nothing.

Oh, and no I’m not underwater.

Im level 72 engineer and can confirm that after the living world 3 update even though kit training is maxed I have lost my mortar kit as well.

Same issue. Anyone from Anet want to comment on it?

The latest patch just fixed my mortar skill as of right now. you guys should check and see if you are resolved.
