The Idea Incubation Lab Asura Portal in Rata Sum keeps teleporting me to a prison instead of the actual lab. I noticed that the the loading screen comes twice.
Additional information: I swam in the water of Rata Sum before that happened but i tested other portals afterwards and they work just as fine.

There was something in the patch notes about trespassers being imprisoned, so perhaps it is something relating to that?

The patch notes only said if you trespass in the water. This waypoint and portal neither take you into the water. There are also diving goggles and a point of interest at this spot. Pretty sure that you shouldn’t go straight to jail for being in that spot.
