In Rata Sum the portal to Idea Incubation is messed up it takes you to this random area in a box with no exit I find this a major problem when you are trying to complete Rata Sum……

It’s Rata Sum jail, and I’m having the same problem. The game must think that portal leads to below the city, where it was recently updated to throw all people who get down there in jail.

having the same issue here, trying to complete Rata sum on mesmer and this is preventing me

Im experiencing the same problem, i need the diving goggles but they always throw me in jail ><!

Same problem. The portal to the incubation lab takes me to the Rata Sum jail. I’ve almost finished world completion, and I can’t finish Rata Sum because of this.
