I have found it is impossible to get to the POI that is on the mountain top located between the Vault Waypoint and the Temperus Point Waypoint. I have attached an image showing the location.
I also noticed that not alot of people get trying to get up to to and those that are, seem to be having the same problem I am.
Can you please fix this after you have taken care of the other high level bugs and then let me know how I am to get up there.
