Guild Wars 2

I’m having a persistent issue in-game when I try to buy gems via the “Pay pal” and “paysafecard” options.

After I fill in my details and click on “next” to continue the interface goes to “Transaction in progress…” and after a few seconds a red error message appears:

“Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please try again later.”

I’ve tried several things on my end. I’m using Firefox with ad-blocker, I made sure that was disabled in case it was interfering. Still having the same issue.

That error happened to me, and I tried again, and same error but 10 minutes later I had 2 gem purchases, I contacted Customer service and they helped.

if you get that error just wait 10-30 minutes and I’m pretty sure the gems will show up.

but don’t try again cause you’ll end up with more gems and less money heh.
