I crafted a sword for a friend and wanted to send her in a mail. I right clicked her name, chose “send mail…” put the sword in mail and clicked send as usual. But she didn’t recieve the mail, not even an hour after i sent the mail. (and yes, it’s a trustworthy friend I know since years)

have the same issue right here but the only thing that is different is when i try to send a mail i get “the recepient was not found” i have to say though that his account was banned but he bought a new key and since then no probs at all, and yes he is a friend that i know in real life

Same thing happened to me. Worse is the item I bought from Gem Store that is supposed to be delivered via mail didn’t arrive.

There is a limit of 9 mails in your mailbox. Once your mailbox has reached this limit, you will not receive any mails that have been sent. If you have reached the mailbox limit, additional mail gets put into a backlog and by deleting one or more mails, you will receive these
