A Sparkling Rescue from the Synergetics Story-line is missing the Incinerator golem.

I have exactly the same trouble since 4 days ago.
I internaly reported it twice already with screen shots, it still buging today.
I juste tried now. This incinerator golem does not appear and I’m stuck to lvl 10 story and I’m already lvl 30 … :/
