Incorrect crit chance and typos

Why does PvP Sigil of Superior Earth only apply bleeds on 30% of crits when the description reads 60% chance to do a 5s bleed on critical. I challenge you to get more than 30 bleeds per 100 crits. Which reminds me… Typos:
PvP Rune of Centaur: nearby =/= neaby
PvP Rune of Dwayna: nearby =/= neaby
PvP Rune of Grenth: use =/= us
