Guild Wars 2

I am trying to craft a full set of PvP Armageddon armor, and 5/6 of the recipes have worked correctly apart from the shoulders. It created the PvP Plain Mantle instead of what I wanted. This recipe http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/PvP_Armageddon_armor_ has worked for all other parts of the armor, and after doing the recipe twice I believe I am getting an incorrect item for the shoulders.

Is this a glitch? Is there a different recipe for this one part of the set?
