Guild Wars 2

Good morning all,

Last night I was finally able to log back into my guild wars 2 account after it had been lost in a hacking thanks to the help of Arena Net support. However..when I go to download the game it pops up the client loads, goes to the launcher and says 0kbs download then throws me to the log in. I enter my email and password and hit log in and that loading circle of doom just spins…for decades…never letting me get any farther. I really want to get back to playing but I’m unable to. If anyone knows of a solution that would be amazing. Thank you

Same here… Just bought the game and when I try to log into the client it just keep spinning and nothing happens.
Note: I still don’t have the game installed. The problem is on the game setup.

You can not log into the game until it has finished installing. Once all files are downloaded and installed, you should be able to log in.

Did you solve the problem? ’Cause the same thing is happening to me at the moment

My Friend is having the same problem i bought him the game and he is infinitely loading can someone explain why this is he can’t even log in to install it on the setup.exe

I’m having the same problem as well. Just bought the game and downloaded the client and it gets to the login screen but sits with the spinning circle and nothing ever downloads.
