Infinite gathering tools
As in the german board no one is replying and my support ticket seems to be ignored:
I bought a full set of infinite gathering tools once with my guardian – as the second set came out I bought the sickle and the pickaxe for my ranger too (the axe wasn’t out that time).
Now that they are account bound I read that you’ll take back those tools we bought “too much” and give us back the diamonds – yet no one has taken care of that in my case, because no one seemed to have read my ticket at all. oO
What do I need to do, to get what you said I’d get? The tools on my ranger are still soulbound, so you can see I’ve done nothing with them after the possibility of account binding came up.
Support only refunds gems on duplicates of the exact same item. If you bought some tools from the first set, then some tools from the second set, there is no refund. There is a thread in Account Issues about tools.

you might want to contact support, instead of posting on the forums, they might be able to help you
click support from the services menu, then submit a request (top right of the support page), then fill out the form.
