I’m sure that this exists in other areas, but I have noticed that there is an NPC in the Blackwing Excavation in Fields of Ruin that gives you the opportunity to answer his questions infinite amounts of time for seemingly infinite “personality” points in whatever answer you choose.

I know this isn’t game breaking, but it’s still a bug that should be reported, especially because it defeats the purpose of the karma items for personality and anyone can go down there and change their characters “attitude”.

It is confirmed that the options are still available after the quest: “Help Foreman Boslo care for Blackwing Excavation” from the “gossiping miners”

There’s a couple of these scattered around, but does it really matter? I still don’t understand what the personality system is supposed to do or how it’s supposed to work. I just max a single trait and always click that option.
