Hi, I report a problem or bug Influence vender.
I purchased 10k influence for the guild from Lion’s Arch influence vendor. But our guild [BMO] did not get 10k influence
I waited about 10min. But our guild still not get influence. then I test that buying small amount influence. also our guild dd not get influence.

Can I get help? I payed 20g and some silvers…

If you want ANet staff to take a look at this, I recommend you file a support ticket (click on Support on this page’s top left and then on Submit a request on the new page’s top-right).

The forums are good for reporting an issue affecting the game; support is the best choice when something affects your individual account (regardless of whether it also affects others).

Had the same problem today when using a Letter of Commendation. Also couldn’t access guild storage.

Left LA for Hoelbrak, and guild storage was accessible there, but still no influence from wasted letter. My partner had the same problem accessing storage, also solved by mapping to a different town.

Already submitted a bug report.

If the problems are indeed linked, , my advice is to check that you have access to guild storage before trying to pop influence, (especially in LA).

first thing that comes to mind: were you representing the guild? it’s not enough to just be in the guild. you can only represent one guild at a time.
