I wanted to changed my Hammer’s stats

With the Anthology Recipie

And it gave me this

I was hoping all the infusion and sigils will go back to my inventory.
Each of those Infusions is 100 Vicious Claws and more. and they are just GONE! including the skin i had on the hammer.
I spend alot of time making it, Anet/Dev/GM/Admin
please eaither undo what i’ve done or give me back the infusions and sigils

The recipes create a new item all together

Infusions are lost when upgrading ascended items in the Mystic Forge, since the original item is consumed in the crafting process.

i did not know that i asked people and no 1 knew eaither

if they could atleast undo it, it would be great

You would have to contact support directly for them to intervene in any way (if they can/will).

i still need help, as i siad before is this can be undone ill be happy

Good luck… but for what is worth, the description of the Anthology does give a clear warning.

Anthology of Heroes clearly states: “Warning: All upgrades will be lost.”
