Guild Wars 2

I received gold spam in my mail on my characters today. There is no right click to put them on ignore and no right click to report them like in chat.

I had to manually put them on ignore and manually report them through the bug command.

I would like to suggest the following:

1. Integrate the right click “report them” for mail received
2. Integrate auto add to ignore when you right click report function to mail and chat.
3. Put a small fee on every ingame mail sent.
4. Limit the number of mails any low level player can send to 5 / min or something suitable

This would let the players deal with the gold spammers and stop them from spamming when they have to pay a fee to send a mail.

This has information about upcoming updates. The “report” feature is being added to the mail UI.

I have received these messages too. I asked in map chat and someone told me to send an email to exploits@arena.net. I have sent two reports that way so far, I’m not 100% sure if this is the correct way to report them, but seeing how the report screen has a warning about false reports and getting banned for doing that, I’m not going to use the in-game report until they put an option there for gold sellers. I would appreciate a developer telling us how to report this problem the correct way

Can someone explain me how to report mails? I got today one from :
Uhhdzx about gold from pvpbank. Can’t report it….

From the game status update page:

“We’ll add an option to report an account for sending spam or otherwise inappropriate in-game mail. Edit: This option will be added in tomorrow night’s update, not tonight’s update.”
