Dear Anet, for some reason I can send ingame mails to my friends, but can’t receive any. What is up with that?

If you have 9 or 10 mails stored, new ones sent to you will be held back until you clear some space in your mailbox. (Note: it’s supposed to be 10, but it’s been locking at 9 stored for some people – so even if you’re at 9/10 this may still be the reason you get no more mails arriving).

Assuming this is the case for you, try deleting some old mails – the ones that were held back should start flowing in.
