Twice now I have experienced a bug that made me lose in-game “currency”.

The first time, I right-clicked on a Priory focus (The rare once I don’t remember the name), and somehow the Greatsword beneath it got bought :S That’s about 5 gold gone.

Earlier today I wanted to buy some Nightmare gloves for my Thief, and because the “Heavy Armor” tag, wasn’t red, I didn’t notice it, and bought the wrong ones -.-

Is there any way to get an ingame “refund” for things like this? I reported both incidents as bugs, but even though the Greatsword thing was about a month ago, I haven’t heard anything from A-Net (I get that they are busy, but still :P).
What can one do to “apply” for a refund?

They will not give you a refund, because they are not able to do it (which means they have no system to restore).
You are out of luck, but maybe these things can be prevented in the future, if more people report such kind of things and they will finally bring in a (optional) confirmation window, where you have to confirm that you want to buy THAT stuff.

Really? Major bummer… Imo 5g and 180 blooms are quite alot. . . Well Thanks for the reply.
