Nope, there is now a deluxe upgrade for HoT if you purchased the Standard edition.

It’s shown on the main page of the gemstore. It says that items will be delivered at your next log-in.

I’ll have to log in to check but I’m pretty sure I saw a HoT upgrade in the gem store as well when I was looking earlier.

Okay I logged in to check and it’s not actually available. It says “you have already purchased the maximum number of this item”

The gem store also shows the original digital deluxe upgrade (which I own) as purchasable.

It’s available providing you don’t already have the HoT deluxe or ultimate version.

They wouldn’t let you spend 2,400 gems on items that you already owned.

If you want another character slot, they can be purchased through the gem-store or on the online store.

I can only assume it’s bugged. Considering it’s a gem-store item, it’ll probably be fixed shortly. I wasn’t able to test it myself as I didn’t purchase standard.

I can’t imagine that they’d release the item without it being available. If they didn’t want the item to be purchasable yet, they wouldn’t have placed it in gem-store.
