WTF … earlier ANet said they were FIXING Subdirector Noll … and that he would be kept on after the start of Phase 2 because of their messup and the fact that people would not stop clicking on him so he could not get the chance to reset …. NOW HE IS GONE??
You even removed YOUR post that said you were going to fix it.
And those of us who tried patience are now unable to complete the questline. That is outrageous. Come on ANet. You said you would FIX this, not remove it for those of us unable to complete …
this page say they are working on a fix for Noll. Why did they remove it? I don’t know but I suspect it has something to do with the fact that it’s still broken
Yeah I was there when he disappeared. He hasn’t come back yet. New issues with Canach as well. I waited a long time for Noll and he would either appear and stay green, or not show up at all.

i’m trying to get mail from Subdirector Noll , i’ve intimidate him at least 6/7 times, but i no mail arrives!!!
I have not only completed the events for Canach and Noll, I have got to Elle Kiel and spoken to her after obtaining both items from these two. I completed the quest but was unrewarded. I didn’t even get my jug of karma. Does anyone else know about this or is able to help?
