Inventory not opening
Have you tried a -repair of the client? (Support [link above/below] – Search [Repair])
If your ‘numerous request’ have been in-game Bug Reports, those will garner no response (as indicated on the Bug Report window).
For an individualized response, you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.
If you have submitted Support Tickets, close all but the original, and post the Ticket number in the appropriate Sticky in the Account Support sub-forum.

Has anyone else experienced their inventory bags not opening. If so how did you correct it. I have submitted numerous request to GW2 about this problem to no avail.
I’ve never heard about anyone having the problem. Can you describe what you do and what you see? (Or post a screenshot.) In theory, pressing [i] (default shortcut) opens the inventory.
Is it possible you collapsed all your bags & can’t see them? You can uncollapse them by clicking on the ? right-facing diamond, next to each bags name.

If yes, make sure you are getting the automated ticket-creation confirmation via email. If not, your email provider is hiding responses from ANet (check spam and junk folders first). If you are, it doesn’t help to create multiple requests (it actually slows things down).
If instead, you are using the in-game /bug reporting tool, you won’t get a response — that’s for letting ANet know about bugs, not for individualized help.
