Are you using invisible bags? Items in an invisible bag are not deposited automatically, don’t show up in the list of items you can sell to a vendor, etc.

Some items from wintersday cannot be sold to vendors.
To add some informations, also bags who are collecting specific types of items like materials, trash, [rarity] weapon or armor, etc, are not able to compact, but are able to deposite.
