Happened to me on overflow. After the broken attunements, this is very disappointing.
Just happened on Ehmry, but only to one platform. Still spoiled it.
Same in an overflow about about 15 mins left in the encounter she bugged out at her health being 25%

Same thing on JQ main, we won last round, and now its bugged out, been staring at an invulnerable hologram for 14 minutes. Reports are saying that the northwest platform only had 4 people on it, so if it requires all the sections to get to this point for the event to progress, the map needs to be split better to accommodate this.

Maguuma was bugged w/ an invulnerable hologram as well.
Broken on Dragonbrand as well as some other overflows.

Just got out of HoD overflow’s ten minute plinkin party. I wonder if it’s the same team that’s done the whole LW, releasing these things every two weeks… They probably need a break by now.

I would guess that the problem is the same as it was for the attunement pools.
They don’t reset properly after they have been out once on a server.
If you haven’t already, you might want to investigate that.
The attempt was the second after the patch, which meant that the event had already happened once on the servers before.
Before the patch, it could never have happened twice on a server since there was the attunement issue, so therefore it wasn’t discovered until now.

That explains the Anet tags I saw in my OF…and yes, we were bugged too.
Did not bug at this point on Jq main this round, will continue to see if it does later.
Happened on Maguuma around 8 40pm Central or so.
Extremely frustrating. A whole hour wasted on a bug.
Why should we even play this game? Because clearly the testers don’t.

Same thing just happened in Sorrow’s Furnace as well.
Several people in map chat are stating that all 3 platforms have to get their Prime Hologram to 25% for it to transition. Is this true or are each platform on their own event?
Just happened in SBI, worked fine earlier.
The same thing happened on the main LA map on the Tarnished Coast server between 7:15 pm to 7:40 pm (NA server time).

I just encountered an apparently different but equally blocking bug on Isle of Janthir. The hologram split correctly, but instead of the individual holograms dying, they all turned invulnerable when they hit 0 health. Then they would continue running around dealing full damage to everyone. We eventually timed out and failed the mission because every visible foe was at 0 health and Invulnerable.
Hopefully this is part of the same bug and will be fixed when the OP’s bug is.

As much as it disappoints me waiting until tomorrow before I try this again, it wasn’t actually a bug to begin with. This bug seems to have only cropped up in the current build when they fixed a different bug. Or at least no one was reporting it until the build a few hours ago.
QA can’t “catch” a bug that only arises as a result of what was done in a later patch. It’s more likely an unforeseen glitch with whatever else they changed this build. I’m sulky, but understanding. Hopefully others are too.

I see. At least it’s good to know that some people were consistently able to finish the boss fight. Still, this is an extremely disappointing and anticlimax development.
Every attempt I’ve been on (4) bugged out. The first three bugged when the circles didn’t appear after all three knights were killed. The fourth attempt was after the latest build — got to the Hologram and it bugged as shown by OP.
Awful experience as a casual gamer just checking in to see the story progress.
It was working again on Dragonbrand at 8pm PST. We even finished the fight
this is what happens, anet never tests anything and just hopes it will work and it never does. takes like 3 patches to get things working half decent
It’s unfortunate that these bugs are happening but I’m sure they’ll have it working in no time. I know launch can be rough on such a short timetable, even with plenty of testing nothing ever goes according to plan. They’ve been really good about getting new content out there for each living story phase and getting all the bugs out as quickly as possible which is extremely demanding, keep up the great work ArenaNet!
