The Iron Legion Shield that is supposed to be sold by Zalvax Brokenclaw (an Iron Legion heart NPC) in Diessa has been bugged for the past 2 or so years. Currently, if the event “Defend Rhell Crankmane while he sets up his ghost control machines” is up or has been completed, this NPC won’t sell the correct items. He instead has his inventory swapped with another nearby heart merchant (Tiga Fierceblade, a blood legion heart NPC).

The only time you can buy the correct items from this merchant is just before starting the event (when you’re given the check mark option of “Sure, where is he?” in the dialogue box to start the event). The shield is otherwise unobtainable and doesn’t appear to be sold by any other merchants in game.

The Shield in question must drop, as well, as I have the skin unlocked, and never buy items like that from Heart NPCs.

Still, I’m sure the Devs will work on it once it moves up the priority list.
