Guild Wars 2

In the Iron Marches, there’s a skill point at Lake Carnifex. It’s a robot which I assume you have to challenge and fight. The problem is, you can’t interact with it in any way to start the skill point challenge. It just stands there doing nothing.

yes this is happening to me aswell, cant 100% area.

Apparently it’s been this way for more than a week. There’s another thread on it as well, that also details many of the other various bugs in the zone. At least none of the others prevent 100% completion.

Just had this problem, did a quick server switch to fix it. The pirate dude was in the water on another server, fought him then the robot.

For the glitched dog/tree one, I just used my flamethrower aimed at a tree. I think the aoe effects still damage the bandits in the tree.

Definitely a glitchy area though.

I will also confirm this Bug. I am on Sanctum of Rall and the only thing on the island is the robot (Thundernation P70X) I do not see another NPC in the water or anywhere surrounding the island. I have seen folks in chat saying that you can change your homeworld to get the skill challenge completed, however, I am hesitant to do so. I find it odd that one server will work and others will not. Otherwise, great work A-Net, I love the game and your passion!
