Guild Wars 2

I have a Warrior and gave him 6 Speed runes, which give him +20% Swiftness Duration.

The tooltip for Warhorn skill 4 (Charge) says “Swiftness (13 1/4s)”, yet when I use the skill the buff lasts the same 12 seconds as the skill’s cooldown, the buff expires right at the same time as the skill comes off cooldown which the tooltip says is 12 secs.

To me that’s a bug, but is there some hidden mechanic it work defeating the supposed 13 1/4s time?

the tooltip is wrong it seems. the skill gives a 10s swiftness buff ordinarily, with +20% that is 12s as you’ve stated.
