Guild Wars 2

Ranger elite skill Entangle belongs to survival skills. But the trait Wilderness knowledge which reduce 20% survival CD does not work for this elite skill. The CD remains 150s.

This bug has been around for awhile. Elites from other classes are affected by appropriate CD reduction traits so Entangle shouldn’t be an expection. It either needs to have its CD properly changed when the trait is active or it needs to be declassified as a survival skill in its tooltip.

I was just getting ready to report this bug glad i found someone beat me to it 14 days sooner.
