Given the Personal Story bugs thread is now gone, I thought I’d just quickly ask:

If you have a personal story bug (for example, in my case, halfway through the Tonn story chain, I was switched onto the Apatia story chain), can the support team roll your personal story back?

No they can’t, they have said so often. This isn’t a bug either I’m afraid. You very likely did Battle for Fort trinity with someone doing the Apatia storyline. After the battle for Fort trinity you have been asked wether you wanted to continue your story to ‘Liberating Apatia’ or stay on this storystep. If you had stayed on this storystep and then done the battle for Fort Trinity again with you as the instance owner you would have gotten the option to continue with the Tonn storyline.

Bottom line this is not a bug and works as intended. If you disagree with the way this works please feel free to discuss this in the personal story section of this forum.

Then it is an accountbug and you should contact support. They can tell you what has happened.
