Is it safe to open the 100% world completion chest?

I’m getting 1c for completing zones, which seems a bit… low… but I’m only level 19, so I can’t confirm it’s a bug. Item rewards seem fine, though.

Cities give 1 copper, fighting zones should give 10 silver or more. If the 1 copper was for one of the 6 cities, it’s normal. Otherwise it sounds wrong.
Despaired Ranger: Crafted The Dreamer, lost range, lost GS condi damage for synergy.

I was getting the same. 1c and 3 transmute stones. Then the other day I started getting 2 items, 3 stones, and a couple silver for a zone completion. Was not sure if it was changed/fixed at that point.
Yesterday I went through and completed the zone for Metrica Province. When I received my chest, I accepted it and nothing happened. Nothing went into my inventory and I dont have the chest anymore…
