Is this some kind of bad joke?
Did you update your ticket to let them know that you still are unable to delete the character?
Update my ticket? I was only told to contact them again, which I have done, but since it took them 3 days to just reply last time… It doesnt exactly fill me with hope, cant they just enter my account and remove the character? Its completely naked and has nothing of value on it…. Since I apparently cant do it.
Update your ticket simply means replying to the email with a note that your problem wasn’t resolved. So, as long as you’ve done that (and haven’t made a whole new ticket), they should get back to you again (probably sooner than three days).

Yup, reply to that email and update them telling that you are still having issues. Replies to already answered tickets usually are replied faster than new ones. Also, about they entering your account: actually they can’t, in other words, they prefer not do… at least not without your approval and they would only ask for it if really and strictly needed (I’m saying it based on what was said in a red post a while back).
Also, if your ticket is taking to long to get an answer you can post about it in that stick thread Tickets for Review (or something like that), that one is very frequently checked and answered by mods.
You weren’t/aren’t the only one with this issue. Thus, the CS Team was informing you that the Devs/QA dept. had addressed this issue, and helped others. If the fix put into the game did not help you, you need only update your ticket to offer new information, so they can look into why, and possibly solve your problem.
