Guild Wars 2

Hi, I’m new to GW2, started a few days ago but I’m having a problem with the first norn challenge, Issomir’s body is not giving me the point, it has an arrow above his head but never gets fully blue.

Skill point challenges are not unlocked until Level 13 for new account characters. You will be able to complete them after you have leveled your character up a bit.
