I have made maybe 3 or 4 runs the past 2 days and each time the same issue happens when at the final chest of a fractal : I can’t get the relics. Whether I click on them in the treasure chest or use the “Take all” option, the number of fractal relics in my wallet remains the same.
What’s more, there’s an icon indicating that I still can loot things in the chest after I actually took all the rewards, proving that the fractal relics still remain in the chest.

Just had this happen to me on a level 20 fractal run. My fractal relic amount did not increase after the run was over. Same as before. This I am positive of.

Guild mate said the same thing has been happening to him.

Good afternoon.
I typically 1 or 2 of 3 fractal cause this error. Sometimes it is taken with only 10 attempts, and sometimes do not. It’s a shame because it’s a waste of time. The same error is found in many players. Would like to seeing it decision.
